This is a tough one. I live for anything I can relate to, so I’m pretty bad at reading or writing about situations that aren’t similar to me or my life in some way. I guess that’s true to an extent for most people, but for me it’s pretty literal. This book is about a sassy single woman in her 30s? Not for me. I haven’t read on my own for fun basically at all lately, because I don’t even know what sort of books I’d relate to at this point in my life. And anytime I try to write for class, it ends up sounding like a John Green book on some casual drugs.. so there you go
